Team Registration Instructions

Would you like to participate in the first edition of the international youth tournament Haná Cup 2027? Registration takes place via the form on this page and only takes a few minutes.

How to Proceed

1. Fill out the registration form First, select the age category and specify whether you are interested in accommodation. Provide your team name, full contact name (first name and surname), email address, phone number, and team address.
2. Submit your registration We will send a confirmation email along with payment instructions for the entry fee (CZK 3,900) to the email address you provided.
3. Proof of payment As soon as we receive your payment in our account, a payment receipt will be generated and sent to your email address immediately.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When and where will Haná Cup 2027 take place?

The tournament will take place from March 19 to 21, 2027, in Olomouc. Matches will be played at the venues of FK Nové Sady and 1. HFK Olomouc. The distribution of individual age categories across venues will be announced before the tournament.

Which age categories is the tournament for?

Haná Cup 2027 is designed for boys' and girls' teams (including mixed teams) in the U8, U9, U10, and U11 categories. Football clubs and academies from the Czech Republic and abroad are welcome to register.

How can we register our team?

Registration is completed using the form on the Registration page. Please provide your contact details, select an age category, and in the message field include your club name, city, phone number, and specify any interest in accommodation.

Is participation automatically confirmed by submitting the form?

No. After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt along with payment instructions. Your team officially becomes a participant only after the entry fee is paid.

How many matches will a team play during the tournament?

We plan to guarantee a total of 14 matches of 15 minutes each for every team. On Saturday, each team will play seven matches in the group stage, followed by another seven matches on Sunday in a final group based on their performance level.

How many players can be on the roster?

The recommended maximum size is 12 to 15 players, including goalkeepers. Each team must have a roster of players and coaching staff ready at check-in. All players must meet the age requirements for their respective category.
