 ACCOMMODATION - STAY PACKAGES

To enable teams to plan their participation in the Haná Cup 2027 tournament according to their needs and budget, we offer several accommodation options – ranging from simple facilities in sports or school venues to comfortable hotel accommodation.

Accommodation packages are designed primarily for players, coaches, and team staff, and can be booked for 1 or 2 nights (additional nights available upon request). Based on the desired level of comfort, they are divided into four categories:
• BASIC – schools / sports halls; participants bring their own sleeping bag and sleeping pad or mattress.
• ECONOMY – dormitories, student halls, and student accommodation.
• COMFORT – hostel, 2* hotel accommodation.
• PREMIUM – 3* or 4* hotel accommodation.

Accommodation Including Meals

The stay packages include half board. On the day of arrival, meals begin with dinner, and on the day of departure, they end with breakfast. Lunches can also be arranged individually upon request.

Standard accommodation is provided in shared rooms. If you require single or double rooms, we recommend contacting the organizer well in advance – availability may be limited and subject to a surcharge.

What is the difference between the Basic, Economy, Comfort, and Premium categories?

The categories differ primarily in the standard and comfort of the accommodation (and possibly its location) – ranging from simpler accommodation in the Basic category to a higher standard in the Premium category. The sports program and tournament facilities are the same for all categories.

Who is the package intended for, and how many people can I register?

The package can be ordered by any tournament participant – player, coach, parent, or other accompanying person. The price is listed per person, so teams and accompanying families order as many packages as they need; a group order for the entire team can also be handled by the delegation leader.

How and by when should I order the package?

You can order the package via the registration form at www.hanacup.cz or directly through the organizers. We recommend booking well in advance, especially for non-local and foreign teams – capacity in each category is limited.

How does payment for the package work?

Payment is made by bank transfer according to the instructions you will receive after submitting your order. The exact payment terms and due date will be sent to you by the organizer along with the reservation confirmation.

Is it possible to change or cancel the package later?

Changes to the number of people, category, or cancellations must be handled directly with the organizers as soon as possible. Cancellation terms relative to the upcoming tournament date will be communicated to you upon booking.

Where specifically will we be accommodated?

Accommodation capacities are secured in Olomouc and the surrounding area to ensure good accessibility to both match venues (FK Nové Sady and 1. HFK Olomouc). The specific accommodation facility will be announced to you after your order is confirmed.

Is catering included in the price during the tournament?

The listed price covers 2 nights' accommodation, including half board – breakfast and dinner. Additional catering during tournament days can be arranged as an optional service; the organizer will gladly clarify the details.
