You have submitted an order for goods or services, in particular an application for training programs or tournaments organized by the Company; 1.1.5. You are a sole proprietor (natural person in business) or an employee of a legal entity with which the Company has entered into an agreement as a customer or supplier of services or goods; 1.1.6. You are an employee of the Company or a job applicant.
2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company processes the following categories of personal data:
2.1. Identification and contact details: academic title, first name, surname, date of birth, permanent address, delivery or other contact address, place of business, ID/registration number. 2.2. Electronic contact details: phone number, mobile phone number, email address. 2.3. Other personal data required for contract performance: bank account number, payment amounts and payment history, or other similar data. 2.4. Other personal data provided by you in the contract, amendment, order, or other documents, including subsequent updates (e.g., likenesses, images, and audio/visual recordings). 2.5. For employees and job applicants: resume/CV and data required for processing payroll and tax agendas. 2.6. In some cases, the Company may also obtain personal data from third parties, in particular contractual partners, employers, legal representatives, or publicly available registers, if necessary for entering into or performing a contract, fulfilling legal obligations, or protecting the legitimate interests of the Company.

In such case, personal data will no longer be processed for this purpose. 4.3.3. If you participate in a program organized by the Company, the Company may take photos or video recordings to document the program and present its activities, particularly on the Company's website, social networks, or promotional materials. The legal basis for such processing is the Company's legitimate interest in presenting its activities, unless explicit consent from the data subject is required in a specific case. 4.3.4. Based on legitimate interest, the Company may contact a customer after providing a service to request feedback or complete a satisfaction survey. 4.4. Processing based on consent 4.4.1. The Company may also process personal data if you grant explicit and free consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
5. PROCESSORS, RECIPIENTS, AND TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. For the effective operation of the Website and the Company's business, the Company has concluded agreements with service providers to whom it may transfer your personal data for processing. If the legal basis is performance of contractual obligations, the Company processes data for the duration of the contractual relationship and up to 10 years after its termination; in other cases, for the period mandated by law. 6.1.2. If the legal basis is compliance with legal obligations, the Company processes data for the period required by law. 6.1.3. If the legal basis is the Company's legitimate interest, the Company processes data for the duration of the legitimate interest, or until you inform the Company that you no longer wish your data to be processed, up to a maximum of 5 years. 6.1.4. Right to data portability – Under the conditions in Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive personal data you provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller. 7.1.6. Right to withdraw consent – If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. 7.1.7. Right to object – Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you have the right to object at any time. 7.1.8. Right to lodge a complaint – If you doubt compliance with personal data protection obligations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
